Auto-post your releases to Discord, Bluesky & Mastodon
Connect a channel once, then let Rollout announce every release (with the cover art) on a schedule — Discord, Bluesky, or Mastodon.
The Social page turns a release into an announcement and posts it for you — with your cover art attached — on the channels you connect. No app review, no cost. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X are coming later.
1. Connect a channel
Open Social, click ⚙ Connections, and set up any of:
- Discord — paste an incoming webhook URL. In Discord: Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook → Copy Webhook URL.
- Bluesky — your handle plus an app password (NOT your normal login password). Create one in Bluesky under Settings → Privacy & Security → App Passwords.
- Mastodon — your instance URL (e.g. https://mastodon.social) and an access token from Preferences → Development → New application, with the scopes write:statuses and write:media.
Use Send test post to confirm it works before scheduling.
2. Write & schedule
- Pick the channel and the release. The compose box appears once a channel is connected.
- Write your announcement, or hit ✨ Draft with AI to have Rollout write it. Posts are trimmed to each platform's limit (Discord 2000, Mastodon ~500, Bluesky ~300 characters).
- Pick a cadence (the default posts daily for ~10 days, then every two weeks) and Schedule. Your cover art is attached automatically.
Managing posts
- See everything queued in the monthly calendar (or switch to a list). Cancel a pending post from there.
- A post marked Failed means the channel stopped working — e.g. the Discord webhook was deleted, or a token/app password was revoked. Reconnect the channel under ⚙ Connections and reschedule.
