How to connect Facebook to Rollout
Simple steps to let Rollout post release announcements to your Facebook Page (not a personal profile). Written for non-technical creators.
Rollout can post to a Facebook Page you manage — the kind of page a band, artist, or brand uses. It does not post to a personal Facebook profile feed.
What you need
- A Facebook login you already use.
- A Facebook Page where you are an admin (or have permission to manage the Page).
- About 5 minutes. You’ll click through Facebook’s own “allow access” screens — that is normal and safe.
If you don’t have a Page yet
- On Facebook, create a Page for your music (Facebook’s help: create a Page for a band or artist).
- Make sure your personal account is an admin of that Page.
Connect in Rollout (usual path — recommended)
- Sign in to Rollout and open Social.
- Click ⚙ Connections.
- Under Choose your networks, tap Facebook so it is selected (only the networks you use need to be selected).
- In the Facebook section, click the orange Connect with Facebook button (when Rollout’s Facebook connection is enabled on the server).
- A Facebook window opens. Log in if asked.
- When Facebook asks what Rollout may do, allow access for your Page and for posting. If you have more than one Page, pick the Page for your music.
- When you return to Rollout you should see something like Facebook Page · Your Page Name with a green “connected” label.
- Click Send test post, then open your Facebook Page and confirm the test appeared.
After you’re connected
- Schedule posts as usual on the Social page. Rollout attaches your release cover when the track has artwork.
- If tests or scheduled posts start failing, click Disconnect, then Connect with Facebook again (permissions expire or Page roles change).

If you don’t see “Connect with Facebook”
Rollout’s Facebook app may still be finishing setup on our side. Use Support and say you need Facebook connect enabled — you should not need to create your own developer app.
