How to automatically upload tracks to SoundCloud

Connect once, upload audio, fill Basic / Metadata / Permissions, add cover art, then publish now or on a schedule — without the SoundCloud upload UI.

Rollout publishes finished tracks to your own SoundCloud account. After a one-time connection, releasing is a few clicks (or fully scheduled).

Steps

  1. Connect SoundCloud once with your own app credentials (see the Pro guide and connection walkthrough).
  2. Click + Add track and upload finished audio (WAV, FLAC, MP3, AIFF, OGG, AAC, or M4A, up to 200 MB).
  3. Click the track. The editor uses three tabs like SoundCloud: Basic info, Metadata, and Permissions. Tags from the file pre-fill what they can; edit anything, then Save (all tabs save together). Details: track details guide.
  4. Drop square cover art on the cover box (or keep the auto-generated placeholder). See cover art guide.
  5. Click Publish now — or set When Rollout publishes first to schedule. Optional: lock common fields so every new track inherits them (locked defaults).

Why use it

Credits: publishing spends prepaid Rollout credits (welcome grant on signup; packs from $8.99). See Pricing and how credits work.
