Yes. SoundCloud only lets Artist Pro subscribers register an API application, and Rollout publishes using your own app (bring-your-own-credentials). So a SoundCloud Artist Pro subscription is required.

How to set it up

1. Subscribe to SoundCloud Artist Pro if you haven't.
2. Go to soundcloud.com/you/apps/new and register an application (name + description).
3. Set the app's redirect URI to the exact value Rollout shows you in the connection window.
4. Copy your Client ID and Client Secret into Rollout. Your secret is stored encrypted.

Credentials are issued immediately — there's no approval queue. Rollout never sees your SoundCloud password; it only uses the app credentials you provide.
