How to schedule a SoundCloud release

Set a future release date and let Rollout publish your track automatically on the day — never early.

Rollout lets you line up releases in advance instead of uploading by hand at the right moment. Here's how scheduling works.

Steps

1. Open your console and add a track (upload the finished audio file).
2. Select the track and set a Release date in its details. Dates are interpreted in UTC.
3. Click Save. The track's status changes to scheduled.
4. Rollout holds the track and publishes it automatically once the date is due. It is never released early.

Good to know

• Leave the release date empty to publish immediately instead.
• Rollout keeps an idempotent ledger, so a track is never double-posted.
• Every release gets artwork — your own cover, or an auto-generated one.
